Essential:
- Master's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in the tourism industry, with various roles highlighting ability to address diverse business topics.
- Business mindset, results-driven, consumer-centric, financially astute, disciplined, and organized.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ethics, compliance, and governance standards.
Desirable:
- Strategic planning and business planning experience.
- Previous consulting experience.
- Experience managing a PMO function.
