We are seeking an experienced Assistant Revenue Manager to join our team and lead our revenue strategy across all Middle East hotels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of revenue management principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement revenue strategies that drive growth and profitability
  2. Manage revenue and pricing strategies across all Middle East hotels
  3. Monitor deviations across the business and take corrective action
  4. Act as the liaison between the hotels and commercial for day-to-day revenue optimization
  5. Drive a sales and revenue culture across the business
  6. Minimize risks and revenue loss or maximize opportunities

Requirements

  • Full knowledge of Revenue and Distribution in the Hotel Industry
  • Good working knowledge of RMS systems
  • Knowledge of optimisation dynamics; hotel price & availability management experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in revenue within a role managing cluster properties, preferably across the Middle East region
  • A graduate Degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Finance, Business, Commerce, or related field
  • Experience with Duetto RMS, Ideas G3 RMS, Opera PMS, Synxis CRM
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Optimistic / driven in the face of short-term setbacks
  • Data-led and Customer-driven
  • Exercises good judgment and decision-making skills
  • Agile thinker with good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Possess excellent planning, organizing, and time management skills
