- Maintainsrecords pertaining to market segments transient pace numbersforecasts and other rooms data.
- Participates inthe annual budgeting marketing and strategic planningprocess.
- Records competitive set pricing andyield strategies and completes analysis on the market and itsopportunities based upon the competition and previoushistory.
- Prepares the weekly Revmax meetingsfor each of the 3 properties and shares the same in timely mannerwith the Cluster Revenue Teambeforehand
- Participates in weekly Revmax andGroup Meetings and presents weekly revenue agendaitems.
- Monitors transient potential and groupbookings daily to set up the pricing and availability control forall reservation distribution sources.
- Achievepotential market position through a maximization of RevPAR indexover the competitive set.
- Works with DRM toevaluate and maintain groupthresholds.
- Completes monthly summariesrequired for the CDRM.
- Makes sure rate leakagesare handled and solved in a timely manner. Use Fornova system toresolve all the rate leakages for all connectedpartners.
- Makes sure rate plans are correctlyindexed / loaded and distributed to allchannels
