Sales and Business Development Professional, Enterprise Solutions

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team in the role of Enterprise Solutions Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the development and execution of sales strategies that meet and exceed customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve targeted revenue growth and expansion of our market share.
- BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS, INCLUDING VENDORS, PARTNERS, AND CUSTOMERS.
- IDENTIFYING NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES AND DEVELOPING EFFECTIVE PROPOSALS TO SECURE NEW DEALS.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in IT or Business.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management or business development, with a proven track record of success in an IT distribution environment.
- Direct experience in the UAE and Gulf Channel for backup, storage, or enterprise software products is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of enterprise backup, recovery, and storage solutions is also beneficial.
