We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities- Tending to Customer Needs
Respond to guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide personalized assistance to ensure a positive experience.
Informing Hairdressers and BeauticiansCommunicate with our hair and beauty teams to ensure seamless coordination of appointments and services.
Managing Front Desk OperationsHandle phone calls, emails, deliveries, and office inventory with efficiency and accuracy.
Processing Bookings and CancellationsManage appointments schedules, process bookings and cancellations, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Maintaining a Clean and Professional EnvironmentEnsure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming to our guests.
Supporting Marketing and Sales EffortsProvide guests with information on promotions, new products, and services to enhance their experience.
Processing Transactions and Issuing ReceiptsAccurately process transactions and issue receipts to our guests.
Performing Administrative TasksAssist with filing, updating records, and logging transactions to maintain accurate records.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
