About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Channel Partnerships Specialist to join our team in the GCC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and objectives, and analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for growth within the channel.

You will also be responsible for implementing and managing channel programs, incentives, and promotions to drive partner engagement and performance, regularly assessing the effectiveness of channel programs and making recommendations for improvements, tracking and reporting on key performance indicators, sales metrics, and pipeline development to ensure continuous growth, and negotiating and finalizing agreements, contracts, and terms with channel partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for growth
  • Implement and manage channel programs, incentives, and promotions
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of channel programs and make recommendations for improvements
  • Track and report on key performance indicators, sales metrics, and pipeline development
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements, contracts, and terms with channel partners
