Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Enablement Specialist - Pre-Sales Expert for National Growth, you will be responsible for coordinating the sales team and assisting with recruiting and training new hires. You will provide product demonstrations to staff and clients, and take the lead in resolving complaints. Additionally, you will analyze sales team performance and schedule training/refresher sessions accordingly. You will also conduct market research and share findings with the team, work alongside the team to draw up strategies to increase the customer base, set sales targets, and implement incentives. Furthermore, you will provide accurate sales forecasts and allocate resources to meet targets. You will manage a network of vendors and suppliers, maintain excellent relationships with customers built on trust, and encourage the rest of the sales team to follow this example. Finally, you will keep up-to-date with advancements in marketing.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and have a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles. You will also need to be able to analyze data and make informed decisions, and have a strong attention to detail. Additionally, you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
