We are a new developer in Dubai seeking a professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

EXPERIENCE IN DEVELOPMENT IS REQUIRED

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Welcome visitors
  2. Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms.
  3. Manage meeting room allocation and virtual meetings coordination.
  4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and parcels.
  5. Order and manage pantry supplies, process purchase orders.
  6. Order and manage office stationery supplies, process related purchase orders.
  7. Assist interns with expenses as necessary.
  8. Support IT queries and issues (laptops/desktops/printers/mobile phones/Wi-Fi).
  9. Perform general administration tasks: filing, typing, copying, scanning.
  10. Complete additional reasonable tasks requested by the company within skills and abilities.
