The primary objective of this role is to establish and manage a network of agents in a given area to generate qualified leads and business opportunities for The First Group Dubai. This position will focus exclusively on expanding the agent network and increasing the sales revenue of the Agents Programme.

  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with current agents to drive growth and development.
  • Agent Network Expansion: Establish new agents and explore innovative methods to expand the network.
  • Strategic Development: Develop effective strategies to enhance agent presentations, on-ground training, support materials, competitive analysis, and bonus structures.
  • Communication and Feedback: Maintain regular communication and provide regular feedback to agents to ensure their success.
  • Performance Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase overall performance of the Agents Programme.
  • Client Management: Maintain a strong presence with assigned clients and stay top-of-mind.
  • Reporting and Feedback: Provide feedback on reports provided by the Business Development Manager and maintain a high level of performance.
  • Referral Generation: Develop strategies to generate referrals and drive business growth.
  • Language Requirements: Proficiency in Arabic and English is essential.
  • Experience and Skills: A minimum of 1 year of business development experience is required, along with strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a career-oriented approach.
