Job Title: HR Manager
Overview: Caliberly seeks a seasoned HR Manager to drive strategic human resources initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Align HR initiatives with business objectives to drive growth and improvement.
- Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent and develop a skilled workforce.
- Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, grievances, and needs.
- Performance Management: Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and employee development.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, mitigating risk and maintaining a compliant workplace.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 4-5 years of experience in HR management or a related role.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
