Outbound Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Acquisition: Initiate outbound communications to prospective clients, presenting our real estate initiatives and cultivating qualified leads for the sales department.
- Client Interaction: Clearly articulate project specifics, advantages, and promotional offers to potential clients, fostering interest and encouraging site visits.
- Client Database Oversight: Regularly update and maintain the client database with precise and comprehensive information, ensuring all interactions are documented and followed up appropriately.
- Sales Collaboration: Work in tandem with the sales team to facilitate a smooth transition from lead generation to sales closure, providing essential support throughout the sales process.
- Follow-Up Engagement: Conduct follow-up communications with potential clients, addressing inquiries, supplying additional information, and sustaining ongoing dialogue.
- Market Insight: Remain updated on market dynamics, competitor offerings, and client preferences to refine outreach strategies and boost effectiveness.
- Performance Reporting: Generate daily and weekly reports detailing call activities, lead status, and conversion metrics, offering insights and suggestions for performance enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is advantageous.
- Professional Experience: At least 2 years of telemarketing experience, ideally within the real estate sector or similar fields.
- Communication Proficiency: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a persuasive and engaging telephone presence.
- Customer Orientation: Strong focus on customer service with the capability to comprehend client needs and foster relationships.
- Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass lead generation objectives.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
