Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Initiate outbound communications to potential customers, introducing our real estate initiatives and cultivating qualified prospects for the sales division.
  • Client Interaction: Clearly articulate project specifics, advantages, and promotions to interested clients, fostering enthusiasm and encouraging property visits.
  • Client Database Oversight: Ensure the client database is meticulously maintained and updated with precise information, guaranteeing that all interactions are documented and followed up appropriately.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to facilitate a smooth transition from lead generation to sales finalization, offering essential assistance throughout the process.
  • Follow-Up Engagement: Conduct follow-up communications with potential clients, addressing any questions, providing further details, and sustaining ongoing dialogue.
  • Market Analysis: Remain updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences to refine outreach strategies and enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Performance Reporting: Compile daily and weekly reports detailing call activities, lead statuses, and conversion metrics, offering insights and suggestions for performance enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is advantageous.
  • Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience in telemarketing, ideally within the real estate sector or similar fields.
  • Communication Proficiency: Exceptional verbal communication abilities with a persuasive and engaging telephone presence.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong focus on customer service with the capability to comprehend client needs and cultivate relationships.
  • Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing lead generation objectives.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
