Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of around 10 HR & Admin staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of HR initiatives.
- Responsible for recruitment, compensation & benefits, new employee onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR reporting to GM and Group.

The successful candidate must meet the following criteria:
