Job Title: Enterprise Software Sales Specialist with ERP & CRM Expertise

About Us:

Nathan HR Human Resources is a leading provider of human capital management solutions, and we are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Software Sales Specialist to join our team in Dubai.

Salary: A competitive salary and commission structure will be offered to the successful candidate, estimated at around 15,000 AED per month, based on industry standards and location.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a strong understanding of ERP and CRM software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct live and virtual product demonstrations, showcasing the capabilities of ERP, CRM, and other software solutions to prospective clients.

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs, propose suitable solutions, and drive the sales process from initial contact through to deal closure.

  • Collaborate with potential customers to understand their challenges, answer technical questions, and recommend the right software solutions.

  • Identify new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events to generate new leads.

  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software sales, particularly in ERP and CRM solutions.

  • Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, and related enterprise software solutions, with the ability to demonstrate software features effectively.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product presentations.

  • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills with a client-focused approach.
