Job Description

We're seeking a highly driven Account Manager to join our team. As a trusted advisor and strategic partner, you'll nurture and maintain long-term relationships with our enterprise merchants. Your expertise will help us deliver win-win scenarios and promote the value proposition of our services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting merchant-specific account development plans to drive revenue growth
  • BUILDING high-touch relationships with our clients through regular communication and open dialogue
  • Delivering expert guidance and education to merchants as they develop their global payments strategies
  • Analyzing client performance and providing actionable recommendations to improve payment flow and revenue
  • Focusing on exceeding strategic and financial targets by analyzing active payment products, transaction volumes, and service levels
  • Collaborating with various teams across the company to ensure an exceptional client experience

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce and payments technologies, players, and future trends
  • 2+ years of experience in a PSP, Acquirer, or similar role
  • Experience in B2B Enterprise Account Management and/or Relationship Management in the FinTech and/or Payments industry
  • Strategic problem-solving skills and excellent project management abilities
  • Customer-driven approach with a focus on establishing robust relationships with clients
  • Multifaceted approach adapting to changing requirements and balancing multiple opportunities
  • Proven consultative sales abilities and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
