Front Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Support Specialist to manage front-desk operations, assist visitors and employees, and handle administrative tasks.
- Serve as the first point of contact, welcoming and assisting visitors, clients, and employees.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries professionally and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive impression for visitors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception and information counter area.
- Handle visitor registration, issue passes, and ensure security procedures are followed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in business administration or customer service is a plus.
- Prior experience in front-desk operations, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude.
