Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Security Strategies: Create and implement effective security strategies for infrastructure projects, taking into account various factors such as location, type of property, and potential risks.
  • Assess and Mitigate Risks: Identify and evaluate security threats, and develop mitigation measures to address them.
  • Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their unique security needs and develop tailored security solutions.
  • Design and Implement Security Systems: Develop and implement physical and electronic security systems, including video surveillance, access control, and intrusion detection.
  • Provide Security Support: Offer support in project coordination, tender processes, and compliance reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Security Trends: Stay current with the latest security trends and technologies, and propose innovative solutions to clients.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years' experience in security risk management, strategy, and systems design.
  • Civil Infrastructure Experience: Must have experience working on civil infrastructure projects.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Middle East Experience: Experience working in the Middle East will be advantageous.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills.
