Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to spearhead our sales efforts in the Middle East. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional results.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue high-potential leads in the Middle East, leveraging your expertise in HR Tech/Payroll Services.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute tailored sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive business expansion.
  3. Cycle Management: Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, working closely with the Inside Sales and Pre-Sales teams in India for support.
  4. Pipeline Maintenance: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Essential Requirements:

  1. The ideal candidate should have 10-15 years of sales experience, including 5+ years of local experience in the Middle East (preferably in Dubai).
  2. A proven track record in HR Tech/Payroll Services sales is necessary.
  3. Strong communication and sales hunting skills are required.
  4. A graduate degree (postgraduate preferred) and self-driving capabilities are essential.
