Key Responsibilities:

- Proven Success: Demonstrated success in business development and managing investor relations, preferably with experience in the Swiss market.
- Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of Switzerland's financial landscape, including regulations, capital markets, investment vehicles, and investor preferences.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Fund Raising: $5.0 million USD per quarter
- Capital Raising Projects: $2.5 million USD per quarter
Remuneration:
- Fundraising: 1% on funds raised up to $2.5 million USD per quarter; 2% on funds raised above $2.5 million USD per quarter.
Full-Time Offering:
- Secure $5 million USD within six months to be offered a full-time position with all employee benefits.
Additional Information:
- For candidates residing outside the UAE, a monthly retainer will be offered.
