  • Guest Experience

    • Monitor and address guest feedback and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Revenue Management
    • Develop and implement revenue-generating strategies to optimize room sales and occupancy.
    • Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to analyze market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure compliance with Raffles' standards and policies in all aspects of room operations.
    • Monitor and improve operational efficiency, reducing costs and minimizing waste.
  • Team Development
    • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement and retention.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in managing Rooms operations in a luxury hotel.
    • Degree from a reputable hotel school preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
    • Fluency in English; ability to communicate in a local language desirable.
