Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at GEMS Education. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to the Principal, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication and Liaison: Maintain high-quality communication with school staff, parents, and corporate office representatives, utilizing tact and diplomacy to resolve issues and build strong relationships.
- Secretarial Support: Liaise with school secretaries to ensure effective communication and coordination regarding students, parents, faculty, and staff.
- Calendar Management: Manage the Principal's appointment calendar, handle professional communication, and facilitate public relations needs.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing school events, develop effective strategies for publicity, and promote the school positively.
- Personnel Management: Coordinate personnel needs, including contract writing, attendance, reporting, employee files, annual reports, and budget preparation.
- Reception and Hospitality: Provide exceptional reception and hospitality services for the Principal's visitors and those seeking to communicate with the Principal.
- Confidentiality and Integrity: Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate personal and professional integrity in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Exhibit exceptional written and spoken English language skills, including excellent phone skills.
- Communication and Presentation: Possess good presentation skills and be an effective communicator.
- Time Management: Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time efficiently.
