- HR Metrics and KPIs: Identify HR metrics and KPIs for the business, procuring provisions, and undertaking analysis to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- HR Projects: Provide support and manage HR projects as required, as well as lead people's work streams of business projects.
- Workforce Planning: Provide guidance on workforce planning for assigned business areas to ensure that organizational structures are fit for purpose and annual budgets are met.
- Organization Design: Drive change by supporting business in organization design reviews, ensuring that structures are efficient.
- Policy Compliance: Communicate and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and SLAs across the business.
- Employee Relations: Manage ER cases for designated groups, supporting line managers in investigating and resolving ER issues.
- Culture and Engagement: Work with line managers to drive a high-performance culture and embed the Shamal Values.
- Employee Engagement: Consult business areas on actions necessary for improvement in their engagement scores.
- Emiratization Targets: Support the business in delivering their annual Emiratization targets.
- Recruitment and Retention: Develop strategic plans for recruitment and retention of diverse demographics and skills.
- Manpower Planning and Budgets: Prepare the annual manpower plan and budgets, and monitor their utilization and effectiveness.
- Digital Maturity: Support the digital maturity and transformation of the Human Resources function.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5 – 8 years of relevant experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Strong organization, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Change management and the ability to implement new processes and systems.
