We're seeking a Customer Service Leader to join our team at Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Front Office team to deliver exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.
To succeed in this position, you must have excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills. At least 3 years of experience in a similar customer-facing role is required, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
You will be accountable for monitoring and improving customer satisfaction levels, addressing customer complaints and concerns, and developing and implementing initiatives to drive revenue growth through effective sales techniques.
