    • Lead influencer marketing and PR strategies to enhance brand visibility, managing relationships with key influencers and PR agencies to drive earned media opportunities and transform Aldar's media presence
  • Leadership & Team Management
    • Lead and mentor campaign managers and cross-functional teams to develop integrated campaigns
    • Set performance benchmarks and goals for media teams, working across departments to create integrated campaigns
  • Agency Collaboration
    • Manage relationships with media, influencer, and PR agencies, ensuring alignment of agency efforts with Aldar's brand and objectives

    • Develop international media strategies for Aldar's Properties companies in Abu Dhabi, UK, and Egypt
    • Adapt strategies to local markets while maintaining brand consistency

Requirements

  • Proven experience in media strategy and planning, with a strong track record of driving business results
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop campaign managers and cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external agencies
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
