Job Overview
As a Workshop Foreman, you will be responsible for managing workshop operations and ensuring high standards of customer service. This includes handling workshop activities, assigning jobs to technicians, and following up on tasks.

Key Accountabilities
• Manage workshop activities, including job assignments and task follow-ups.
• Collaborate with workshop service advisors and technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and update status to customers.
• Ensure quality jobs follow-up and minimal return jobs from customers.

Skills and Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor of Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of overall experience with an automobile dealership, with a minimum of 3 years in the Service Department as a Service Advisor, preferably in Buses/Commercial Vehicles.
• Automotive dealer/distributor business processes knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong customer handling and communication skills.
• Logical thinking ability to understand the technical root cause of vehicle problems.
• Customer service-oriented, honest, responsible, culturally sensitive, and a team player.

About the Team
You will be part of the Bus Division - FAMCO, located in the UAE. The role reports to the Workshop Supervisor and involves collaboration with various departments to ensure smooth workshop operations and high customer satisfaction.
