The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the department, providing clinical supervision, and overseeing the delivery of therapeutic programs. This role requires a senior leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment, and a commitment to ongoing professional development. A DHA or CDA license is essential, and experience in CAMHS services and family therapy is desirable.
