About the Role:
The Service Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing service sales, including estimations, contract preparation, and negotiations. They will also maintain a contracts database to track the sales pipeline effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work under the guidance of the Service Branch Manager to achieve sales targets.
- Liaise with clients to identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure all potential client risks are addressed.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to recover lost units and expand the Otis Service Portfolio.
- Prepare estimates and quotations for recovery and recapture jobs.
- Ensure timely completion of critical actions on all contracts.
- Build strong relationships with clients by engaging with key contacts and understanding their needs.
- Coordinate with the Aftermarket and Service Department to implement maintenance/repair/modernization agreements.
- Assist the Finance Department with timely payment collection based on contracting agreements.
- Maintain and update the maintenance contracts database and provide periodic reports to show the latest contract activity.
- Ensure sales operations are conducted with strict compliance to quality procedures and ISO policies.
