Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Talent Pal. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for analyzing local market trends and competitor activity to generate new business opportunities for our hotel.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business leads
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through telesales, networking, and referrals
- Develop customer accounts and travel within the local area to drive business into the specific hotel/cluster and increase market/customer share in all revenue streams
- Negotiate room rates/packages with corporate clients
- Prepare company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions
- Work within current business strategies and recognize potential opportunities
- Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional guest experience and build strong comprehensive sales programs
- Attend sales events as required
- Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Manager and senior management, including the reporting of appointments, calls made, and business leads
- Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
- Provide regular updates and feedback to the sales manager on progress, challenges, and opportunities
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance sales skills and knowledge
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative
- Experience in a sales role with a proven track record of closing sales
