Job Description

The Reservations Expert will be responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and faxes related to hotel reservations. This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a high level of product knowledge of the resort and local area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and respond to all incoming telephone calls in a timely manner.
  • Connect all telephone calls instantly, never leaving a caller on hold for longer than 30 seconds.
  • Handle every guest request with utmost politeness and professionalism.
  • Respond to all reservations and general resort inquiries that come via email, fax, or phone calls and actively seek to convert inquiries to firm bookings.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Reservations Agent or similar role.
  • High school diploma.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Date entry experience.
  • Clerical and basic office skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures.
