  • Answer incoming reservations calls promptly and efficiently, maximizing covers to achieve daily targets.
  • Confirm all bookings and reservations within 24 hours, providing accurate information and clear communication.
  • Manage new reservations by adding them to SevenRooms, ensuring seamless integration with our system.
  • Handle members' and guests' enquiries or requests, providing timely assistance and resolving issues promptly.
  • Record cancelled/refused/waiting lists with the reason for cancellation/refusal, following up and taking action as necessary.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
