Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Reservations Sales Agent to join our Revenue and Reservations Team. As the initial touch point for guests, you will promptly and professionally handle inbound calls and online chat inquiries, showcasing FIVE's sensational offerings and converting inquiries into contracted business.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in sales as a Reservations Sales Agent in a luxury hotel environment, with computer literacy and a mastery of Word, Excel, and Outlook. You should also possess an exceptional knowledge of hotel PMS, specifically Opera. A welcoming and enthusiastic energy, strong business acumen, and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to drive revenue and manage costs effectively.
