Guest Relations Manager

We are partnering with a leading provider in the luxury hospitality sector to offer innovative accommodation experiences. Our partner is seeking a Guest Relations Manager to join their team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Guest Relations department to ensure a positive experience for guests.
- Review guest arrival and departure lists daily and allocate tasks to the Guest Relations team.
- Accommodate VIP guests and oversee their stay, ensuring exceptional service and quality.
- Liaise with Property Services to ensure properties are guest-ready and maintain top quality.
- Oversee guest experiences throughout their stay, addressing all needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide specialized support to guests, maintaining open communication and responding promptly to their inquiries.
- Manage difficult communications with dissatisfied guests, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Handle challenging situations and issues that may occur during guest stays, demonstrating sound judgment and resilience.
- Coordinate with Reservations and Property Services to communicate guest expectations and issues.
- Manage and report claims for damages caused by guests, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Prioritize tasks and communicate effectively with colleagues, ensuring seamless collaboration and a high level of service.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in guest relations management within a holiday home operator.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach, demonstrating strategic thinking and attention to detail.
- Capable of independently initiating and completing projects, with proficiency in engaging with senior management and guests.
- Warm, empathetic, and confident in conveying hospitality, with sound judgment and resilience under pressure.
- Strong managerial, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a professional and diplomatic disposition.
- Ability to build rapport and professional relationships, with flexibility and adaptability to changing objectives.
- A UAE driving license and Arabic speaking are a plus.
