En Accor, buscamos un Coordinador de Servicios de Spa que ofrezca un servicio profesional, amigable y atractivo a nuestros huéspedes.

  • Proporcionar atención constante y de calidad a los clientes.
  • Colaborar en la operación de todos los departamentos del spa y poseer un conocimiento integral de todos los tratamientos disponibles.
  • Gestionar el inventario de ropa de cama, asegurando su traslado a y desde la lavandería de manera programada.
  • Guiar a los miembros y visitantes hacia sus citas y asistirles en el uso de las instalaciones como sauna, vapor y jacuzzi.
  • Preparar las salas de tratamiento de acuerdo con las pautas establecidas.
  • Mantener las instalaciones en condiciones sanitarias óptimas y reportar cualquier deficiencia en el equipo.
  • Garantizar que los vestuarios se mantengan ordenados y que todas las comodidades estén debidamente abastecidas.
  • Seguir las políticas y procedimientos del departamento.

Requisitos
El candidato ideal debe cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:

  • Experiencia previa en spa o en el sector de la hospitalidad es preferible.
  • Certificación en RCP y Primeros Auxilios es deseable.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización.
  • Capacidad para resolver problemas y habilidades interpersonales destacadas.
  • Ser altamente responsable y confiable.
  • Capacidad para mantener la atención en las necesidades del cliente, permaneciendo calmado y cortés en todo momento.
  • Experiencia previa en spa o en el sector de la hospitalidad es preferible.
