Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Spa Receptionist to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing bookings, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Handle guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing accurate and timely responses to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
  • Booking Management: Schedule bookings for members and guests to the required standard, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with the spa team.
  • Spa Operations: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring all equipment is serviced and spa reception areas are well-maintained.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process bill payments and receipts, and maintain accurate records of guest information.
  • Team Player: Assist during spa promotions and events, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Language: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a 5* hotel spa.
  • Skills: Strong admin skills, organized, responsible, and guest-oriented.
  • Language Proficiency: Russian or Arabic speaking candidates are preferred.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, and the candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team to promote a positive and productive work environment.
