Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets for the area, including customer and agent-specific allocations, cost structures, operating profits, and forecasts.
  • Strategic Development: Actively participate in the development and implementation of the zone's growth strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Commercial Negotiations: Negotiate commercial agreements with operators, including margins, locations, space, staff, and events, and ensure their proper application.
  • Distribution Network Management: Oversee and develop the distribution network, ensuring seamless operations and optimal results.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to define trade and media marketing plans tailored to operators and aligned with the brand's strategy.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and coordinate the activities of Account Managers and Travel Retail Sales Managers, fostering a high-performing team environment.
  • Business Line Orchestration: Develop a deep understanding of various business areas and orchestrate all business lines to ensure the effective implementation of the defined strategy.
  • Export Community Engagement: Drive and participate in activities within the export community, including seminars, training, conventions, and trips.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require a higher education background and at least 10 years of solid experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar position within an export or sales department. You will be an entrepreneurial and innovative individual with excellent interpersonal skills, recognized for your negotiating and results-oriented qualities. Your ability to mobilize and manage a team, as well as your capacity to analyze and summarize, will be essential assets for success in this position.

Frequent travel is required for this role, and fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in French is also desirable, and a third language would be an asset.
