Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Proven track record of implementing HR initiatives and improving employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software, including payroll and benefits administration.
