Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection:
Identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Organize and facilitate recruitment and onboarding activities.

Employee Relations:
Promote a positive work culture and ensure a harmonious work environment.
Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues in a fair and timely manner.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Training and Development:
Identify training needs, conduct training sessions and to enhance employee skills.

Performance Management:
Implement and maintain performance appraisal systems to assess employee performance.
Provide guidance to managers on setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews.
Assist in performance improvement plans and talent development.

Compensation and Benefits:
Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies.
Analyze compensation data to ensure competitive and equitable salary structures.
Stay updated on industry trends to recommend improvements to the compensation package.

Compliance and Policies:
Stay informed about labor laws and regulations also coordinate legal compliance with PRO.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures, communicating changes to employees.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.

HR Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and maintain HR-related reports and Employee records.
Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights to inform decision-making.

Employee Engagement:
Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Foster a positive work culture and enhance employee morale.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a retail or hypermarket environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: AED1.00 per month
