Key Responsibilities:

Key Tasks:

  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Bookkeeping: Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Document Management: File and retrieve corporate records, documents, and reports, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Research and Data Analysis: Conduct research and data analysis to prepare documents for review and presentation by executives.
  • Meeting Support: Assist in preparing for meetings, including minute-taking and record-keeping.
  • Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements for executives, ensuring smooth and efficient travel.
  • Office Administration: Perform various office duties, including ordering supplies and managing records databases.
  • Virtual Assistance: Provide virtual assistance, including email management and data entry.
  • Correspondence: Open, sort, and distribute incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence.
