Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and other documents to support business decision-making.
  • Communication and Coordination: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Bookkeeping and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Research and Data Analysis: Conduct research and data analysis to prepare documents and reports for review and presentation to senior executives and boards of directors.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
