You will also be responsible for developing evaluation plans for discrete evaluations as well as enterprise-level evaluation programs. Additionally, you will support the evidence officer in managing evidence act evaluations and support CWMD program managers/directors in data collection and development of reports. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in social sciences or accounting, or a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in conducting organizational evaluation or operations research systems analysis. Active Secret Clearance and ability to obtain DHSS Suitability are also required. If you have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and experience utilizing analytical and evaluative methods and techniques, including conducting both qualitative and quantitative analyses, we encourage you to apply. * Apply evaluation techniques and data analytics to support the development of operational and policy findings and recommendations

* Support the evidence officer in managing evidence act evaluations

* Develop operational and policy findings and recommendations that are logically based on analyses of collected data
* Develop written and verbal evaluations reports
* Develop planning to implement capacity assessment recommendations

* Support other programmatic support needs

Qualifications:

* Master's degree in social sciences or accounting, or Juris Doctor (JD) degree
