Director's Office Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and organized Director's Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
This role involves providing senior-level administrative support to our Director of Education, managing projects, and ensuring the efficient operation of the Director's office. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, tracking progress, and reporting on project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing senior-level administrative support to the Director of Education.
- Managing projects, including planning, prioritizing, and timeline setting.
- Maintaining accurate records, including project documentation and meeting minutes.
- Tracking progress and reporting on project outcomes.
Requirements:
- Degree in Maths, Sciences, Business, or related disciplines.
- Proficient user of MS Excel.
- Desirable: Proficient user of MS Teams, MS Project, and Visio.
- Familiar with MS SharePoint and Thinkific or alternative e-learning platform.
- K12 education setting experience.
Skills and Personal Attributes:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
