We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in finance, account management, and commercial leasing & sales. Reporting to the General Manager, the Financial Controller will oversee the finance teams of various subsidiary companies within the conglomerate.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements and reports to stakeholders.
  2. Oversee accounts receivable and payable, and implement effective credit control measures to ensure timely payments.
  3. Develop and maintain robust management information systems to support business decision-making.
  4. Manage and optimize Oracle ERP usage to streamline financial processes.
  5. Supervise and mentor finance teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  6. Ensure compliance and accuracy in accounting practices, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
  7. Provide financial insights and analysis to support leasing and sales teams in making informed business decisions.

**Qualifications:**

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required).
  2. CA/ACCA certification is mandatory.
  3. Experience: 3-5 years in real estate finance, with a proven track record of success.
  4. Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, and ERP (Oracle) proficiency, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Work Arrangements:**

This is a full-time position, with no remote work options available.
