Role SummaryWe are in search of an experienced Enterprise Sales Specialist to promote our IGA Solution Suite to organizations with revenues between $2 billion and $5 billion. This role primarily focuses on our SaaS offerings, which are integral to enterprise security frameworks.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in navigating complex multinational accounts, particularly at the C-suite level. Success in this position will rely on your expertise in SaaS Cybersecurity or Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), enabling you to negotiate substantial contracts throughout a typically lengthy sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with approximately 30 target customers, utilizing the Challenger Sales Methodology to achieve sales quotas.
- Manage a variety of sales activities, including POCs, BVAs, and RFPs.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders within named accounts.
- Understand prospective clients' business needs and industry challenges to create compelling value propositions.
- Collaborate with influential channel partners to enhance market reach.
To ensure a successful onboarding experience, you will focus on establishing a strong internal network and understanding the financial metrics that drive our success. Key milestones include:
- Building relationships with virtual teams and key stakeholders.
- Regularly meeting with your manager to review territory management.
- Familiarizing yourself with our terminology and strategic objectives.
As you progress, you will refine your territory plan, prioritize accounts, and present your pipeline growth strategy to management.
QualificationsA bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred but not mandatory. This role requires approximately 50% business travel annually.
