Strategic Enterprise Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise market, developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for key enterprise accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention through proactive outreach and networking.
- Develop Account Strategies: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality staffing solutions that meet client expectations, and monitor and analyze account performance to provide regular updates and insights.
- Negotiate and Close Deals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, and negotiate and close deals to secure new business and expand the client base.
Account Management:
- Client Success: Develop and implement account strategies to drive client success and achieve long-term business goals, and resolve any issues or concerns that arise.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality staffing solutions.
