Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Receptionist to join our team at Anantara Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service
    • Respond to all incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner, addressing guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Provide detailed information about spa offerings, appointment availability, treatment length, and cost to guests, ensuring they are well-informed and satisfied with their experience.
    • Suggest alternative treatments or options to guests when their initial requests cannot be met, demonstrating a proactive and customer-centric approach.
  • Appointment Scheduling
    • Efficiently schedule appointments to ensure that staff is available to handle all bookings, or work with other spas to arrange staff assistance when needed.
    • Confirm appointment times and cancellation policies with guests before ending phone conversations, ensuring clear communication and minimizing misunderstandings.
  • Guest Interaction
    • Engage with guests in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Deal with guest complaints in a fair and empathetic manner, resolving issues promptly and to the satisfaction of the guest.
    • Conduct spa tours, showcasing our facilities and services to guests, and assisting with spa promotions and events.
    • Conduct travel agent site inspections, providing a comprehensive overview of our spa facilities and services.
  • Staff Support
    • Assist in the ongoing practice of dialogue in English regarding spa treatments and dialogues during treatments, ensuring that staff is well-informed and confident in their communication skills.
    • Be well-informed and educated in all aspects of spa facilities, policies, and procedures, providing expert guidance and support to staff as needed.
    • Supervise the completion of tasks related to daily checklists and delegated tasks, ensuring that staff is aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
    • Assist in the preparation of reports, including staff attendance, guest complaints, incident reports, and sales data, providing valuable insights and analysis to management.
  • Qualifications
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in customer service and guest relations.
    • Spa therapist knowledge is an advantage, but not required.
    • Fluent in spoken Russian language, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-confident, positive attitude towards leadership and teamwork, with a well-groomed appearance and excellent time management skills.
