Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Receptionist to join our team at Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah. As a Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Assist guests and clients in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Customer Feedback: Manage customer feedback effectively, escalating issues or compliments to ensure long-term improvements in products and services.
  • Client Experience: Ensure that client experiences are proficient, including bookings, payments, and consultation cards.
  • Cash Handling: Adhere to cash handling procedures and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Interact and communicate effectively with clients, members, team members, guests, and management team.
  • Upselling: Upsell with latest departmental incentives to increase revenue and enhance guest experiences.
  • Reporting: Report accidents, maintenance issues, or other incidents to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a consistently professional and helpful manner, even in challenging situations.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in reception duties and a qualification in an admin course or similar topic area.
