Job Title: Spa Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at 25hours Hotels. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing bookings and reservations, and ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Greet and assist guests with a professional and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of our spa.
  • Booking and Reservations: Efficiently manage and coordinate appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Client Communications: Handle client communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries, providing precise and timely information on services, treatments, and promotions.
  • Reception Area Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is meticulously maintained, contributing to an optimal client experience.
  • Payment Processing: Oversee payment processing, transaction management, and cash register operations with accuracy and integrity.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with spa therapists and management to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Client Concerns: Proactively address and resolve client concerns or issues, ensuring a positive resolution in line with company standards.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply orders to ensure the spa is adequately stocked at all times.
  • Professional Appearance: Uphold a professional appearance and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Upselling Opportunities: Drive upsell opportunities in the lobby and pool areas.
  • Physical Demands: Role involves extended periods of standing and walking.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role, ideally within the spa or hospitality industry.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
