MEFITPRO is seeking a dynamic and experienced Club General Manager to lead our ladies-only fitness club in Fujairah. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the club, ensuring smooth operations, and driving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales and Revenue: Lead and manage all departments (Sales, Personal Training, Renewals) to meet financial KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Develop and Implement SOPs: Create and adapt standard operating procedures to elevate customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Inspire, motivate, and mentor staff, fostering a sense of teamwork, motivation, and belongingness.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure the daily operations of the club run smoothly and efficiently, maintaining consistency in service delivery.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the facility meets all relevant health, safety, and legal regulations and operates within established guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the fitness industry, with at least 2 years at a supervisory or managerial level.
  • UAE experience is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; certifications in fitness, management, or related disciplines are a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Decent understanding of financial concepts/P&L statements.
