Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Genius Consultants Limited. As an Assistant Manager - Commercial Growth, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  2. Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the commercial real estate, office, and serviced office market to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  3. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring that all leads are properly vetted and that sales targets are met.
  4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  5. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to drive business growth and expansion.
  6. Networking and Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with key introducers, brokers, and licensing authorities to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  7. Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement pre-opening marketing plans with the leadership team to promote new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  8. Operational Support: Provide operational support to the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: At least 3+ years of successful sales experience in luxury/premium hotels, real-estate brokerage, or premium business centers.
  2. Language Skills: Fluency in English is a must.
  3. Personal Qualities: Energetic, social, and outgoing with the ability to work well in a dynamic team environment.
  4. Initiative and Autonomy: Ability to work autonomously and take initiative to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  5. Sales Pipeline Management: Ability to manage a portfolio of multiple clients and maintain relationships with clients, affiliates, and key industry contacts.
  6. Negotiation and Communication Skills: Ability to negotiate with decision-makers, senior executives, and CEOs to drive business growth and expansion.
  7. Interpersonal and Networking Skills: Great interpersonal, communication, and networking skills to engage with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
