Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Banquet Manager to develop and implement event strategies to stimulate revenue and enhance the hotel's reputation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure efficient execution and minimize costs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Work experience in ladies and VIP weddings, convention service, or group coordination is an advantage.
- Good organizational skills are required.
